Zurich, 01.03.2024 – Securosys SA, a leader in cybersecurity, cloud security, encryption, and digital identity protection, proudly unveils its latest product, the Primus X Cyber Vault. This hardware security module is not only the fastest, but also the most innovative on the market.
In the modern digital landscape, authentication and encryption technologies have become indispensable. These include financial transactions, digital signatures, transport layer security (TLS), browser security (HTTPS), zero-trust networks, Internet of Things (IoT) security and much more. With the growing dependence on digital processes and interconnected systems, there is also an increasing demand for robust security solutions that ensure the protection of sensitive data and digital identities.
In this dynamic environment, Securosys SA presents its latest product, the Primus X Cyber Vault. As the fastest and most innovative hardware security module (HSM) on the market, the Primus X Cyber Vault revolutionizes the HSM landscape to meet the growing demands for cybersecurity.
Securosys’ new HSM is a milestone in the industry. With an impressive performance of over 50,000 transactions per second (TPS), it sets a new benchmark in the speed of security operations. Even more remarkable is its scalability in a clustered configuration with one million TPS and more. The Primus X Cyber Vault supports Post-Quantum-Computer Cryptography (PQC) and enables hybrid signatures – while maintaining consistent throughput, notwithstanding.
The Primus X Cyber Vault is the result of intensive development. We are proud to further expand our technological leadership with it. [...] The device was developed with the aim of providing our customers with the fastest, strongest and most flexible security solution running hybrid signatures – old and new ones at the same time. I am confident that it will be a success and will easily master not only today's cyber challenges, but also future requirements.
Dr robert Rogenmoser, CEO of Securosys.
The Primus X Cyber Vault supports all common cryptographic algorithms, blockchain procedures, as well as the PQC algorithms selected by NIST. Another outstanding feature is the two SFP+ slots for optical 10 Gbit/s Ethernet modules. These enable ultra-fast data transmission and seamless integration into high-speed networks. The Primus X Cyber Vault can be operated in a cluster of up to 64 devices, guaranteeing highest availability and enabling global geo-redundancy. Setting up a Primus X Cyber Vault is as easy as with any Securosys HSM, done via the integrated touch display with support of a wizard or semi-automatically with configuration files for an entire cluster simultaneously. For secure remote management, the Decanus terminal serves to efficiently connect multiple Primus X Cyber Vaults in the cluster.
The Primus X Cyber Vault can be ordered as of today and will be delivered starting April, and it will also be available as SaaS with PQC in the Securosys CloudHSM.
